Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. James Self has performed over 4,000 surgeries during his medical career. Below are a few patient’s successful surgery and rehabilitation stories. The video series played a large part in the award-winning ‘Experience Matters’ marketing campaign.
UHH FOUNDATION FUNDRAISERS – RECREATING ‘REAL’ LIFE-SAVING EVENTS & REHAB STORIES
The Upland Hills Health Foundation, Inc. was established for the sole purpose of supporting the programs and services of Upland Hills Health Hospital.
The videos below were produced to show the community the importance of having a quality rural healthcare facility nearby, especially when life-threatening incidences occur and healthcare timing is critical. The local community responded graciously, by tripling their monetary donations. The videos were recreated using real-life individuals that were affected with each of their actual incidence, showing their gratitude and appreciation towards Upland Hills Health Hospital. Their courage, strength and time involved, is greatly admired and appreciated!
